Day 1 - Interview with the team and creating the ideal candidate profile.

Day 8-20 - Conducting 2-4 rounds of interviews, including behavioral and sales skills assessments.

How much does it cost to hire a sales professional? 

Our sales recruiting service costs $5,000 for hiring a Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, or any other non-management position.

This upfront flat fee includes creating an ideal candidate profile, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference check, background check, and other necessary steps. In the event that the candidate does not pass the probationary period with your company, we will find a suitable replacement at no extra cost.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges. As a bonus, we will provide you with frameworks for a 2-week onboarding plan, a list of the most useful sales software and tools, and recommended HR and payroll software.

Will I have to commit to a full-time hire right away?

It's up to you! If you're not ready for a full-time hire right away, one option to consider is a contract-to-hire offer with a 3-month probation period. If the candidate meets pre-agreed KPIs, quotas, and other sales targets during that period, you'll have the option to extend a full-time offer.
